How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 days. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout for your address.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by cash on delivery or with Whish. For Whish, you will see the payment details after placing your order.
Can I return a product?
All sales are final, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. If something is wrong with your product, our warranty applies: see the next question.
How does the warranty work?
Every Lumora product comes with a warranty. If there is a problem, email info@lumora-shop-lb.com with your order number and a short description, and we will replace the product immediately.
